The primary objective was to refresh UX and UI for existing B2B Saas application for club admin, improve player’s booking experience using mobile phone and web booking platform, standardise design and documentation.
01-The global platform’s issue - complex and not intuitive UX solutions, old looking UI. Big amount of components which are hard to support for both teams - developers and design. Design team created Design system with minimum amount of components needed for design and front-end development.
I joined Sweetspot’s Promotion team in summer 2023 in terms of company’s teams reorganisation. Our team worked hard on the new project from scratch which would allow players to buy a Membership of a Golf club online.
After project MVP delivered we got a nice and warm feedback from customers and of course pleasant income for the company and customers.
Overall, the Sweetspot product positioning the company as a revenue management platform for golf clubs. Thanks to the coordinated work of teams and improved communication processes we increased revenue x3 for clubs for a short period of time because of constantly improving UX and simplifying the buying Membership process for the player.
